So this comic I made on Sunday, after watching a few videos about the iPad I came to a sad realization that what they were selling was a REALLY BIG iPod. Now I’m not dissing the technology, the tech that these are made of is outstanding. It’s a god damn leader in technology if you ask me. But I’m just comparing it between its own tech, iPod, iPhone and the Mac computer itself.
It’s not a very portable device, think about that if you need to surf the net outdoors, or make a call. And it’s not a computer, it’s more of a “netbook” really… no CD drive, or USB ports. So no “World of Warcraft” or any MMORPG for that matter. It just plays its own apps.
So what the hell is it? Well you have to decide for yourself if you have use for the tech. Me personally, I love my iPhone, it does it all and fits in my pocket. So it all comes down to waiting for apps to be made specifically for the iPad. (eg. An app that lets you play World of Warcraft) At that point it could be worth it. Until then… it’s your call.

Next order of business, making porn stream to all bathroom urinal stall TV’s… “umm... your honor! That idea has its ups and downs if you know what I mean”… … … ... you have a good point chairman, no porn. Next order of business… … … …"
